The only meal I had yesterday was supper at Pei Wei for the Mongolian Beef over noodles along with crab rangoons. Had nothing to eat today and starting at noon I've had watery diarrhea all afternoon and going into the evening.

After eating at pei wei on Saturday 04/07/2018 my sister in law and I started feeling very sick on Monday.
Symptoms included diarrhea, fever, stomach cramps, muscle weakness and vomiting.
I had the orange chicken with fried rice and she had a tuna salad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
