General Tso Causes Illness

Tuesday Nov 27, at 6:30pm, I ate General Tso chicken at Pei Wei. Woke up at midnight with diarrhea, vomiting, and chills. This continued until 4am. The next day I was very weak and felt like I had been hit by a truck.
