On Thursday, March 14th, 2019 I ordered a Regular Teriyaki Chicken with extra chicken, fried rice, no red bell peppers and no onions. The food tasted and smelled fine. About four hours after consumption, I began to feel hot and nauseous. I also started making frequent bowel movements with very loose stool and abdominal pain. About an hour after that started, I began to vomit profusely. I was both vomiting and defecating for a total of seven hours between midnight and seven a.m. on Friday, March 15th. I missed that date of work due to still feeling ill and weak. I consulted with coworkers and none of them had been sick in that way lately. Neither had anyone in my household. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
