Had rare steak pho with chicken broth. 5 hours later severe vomiting and diarrhea all night. Pretty confident it was the pho as the only other thing I had to eat that day was a piece of avocado toast. Once my body completely emptied I’m feeling better just dehydrated and weak.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
