Late afternoon 1/20/16, ate the gyro pita with a diet coke. Approx. 6 hours later stomach pains began followed by diarrhea and vomiting. Diarrhea three times in last 4 1/2 hours. Vomiting once in last half-hour. Feeling dizzy and feverish throughout. May need to go to emergency…
