Late afternoon 1/20/16, ate the gyro pita with a diet coke. Approx. 6 hours later stomach pains began followed by diarrhea and vomiting. Diarrhea three times in last 4 1/2 hours. Vomiting once in last half-hour. Feeling dizzy and feverish throughout. May need to go to emergency room as the cramping is unbearable and my heart is racing. Not sure if gyro meat was bad. Not sure what on the menu I ate had caused this. Hope I survive. Not sure how I am even able to write this. Convinced I have been poisoned by the food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
