Ate half a pub sub. Chicken tenders, lettuce, pickles, onions, chipotle mayo, honey mustard, and tossed in buffalo sauce.

Employee did not make sub on parchment paper, direct contact with plastic table.

Woke up very sick, throwing up, nausea, and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
