(vegetarian taco salad) My first time eating there was about two weeks ago. I got sick after but thought it could've been something else so I moved on. I ordered again last night and instantly threw up all over the place at work. Do not eat here.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
