I got a sausage egg and cheese croissant, this morning and I had diarrhea an hour later and I've had the runs all day long with stomach pain and cramping. I drank like half a bottle of pepto bismol and it barely helped.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
