On April 8th, 2024, I ordered the vegetable lo mein and combination fried rice which had beef and shrimp in it. This was my first meal of the day and I have been vomiting and having diarrhea since 3:30am on April 8th, 2024.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
