Thai Meal Triggers Illness

My boyfriend had food from here then he went to sleep a few hours later and ended up vomiting, having diarrhea, more than 10 times in under 15 hours and felt nauseous. He is also suffering from a high fever.

Shrimp Meal Illness Symptoms

Curry noodles salt and pepper shrimp and shrimp egg roll on 12/19/2022. Woke up the next morning with stomach cramps, horrible diarrhea (every 30 minutes for the past 6 hours even after taking Imodium) with a metallic taste when I burp.
