Nov. 28th. Got buffalo boneless wings and a bacon cheeseburger. Worst case of diarrhea ever. I do 24 hour fasts meaning I eat one meal a day and unfortunately I chose this one. Bad bad mistake. In tons of pain and agony. Never again.

Chicken tender Salmonella Started vomiting, had diarrhea stomach pains went to children’s emergency room back and forth to the restroom had blood in stools got admitted into hospital
