Got decaf grande pumpkin spice latte with heavy cream, mushroom egg bites and bacon egg Gouda sandwich. Two hours later horrible stomach cramps started, cold sweat, nausea hit, within 5 mins started vomiting and diarrhea same time… felt like I was going to faint and barely conscious.
It was awful. Weird tingling in my hands and muscles started locking up, thought I might be having a stroke but resolved once I stopped vomiting. Had to be what I ate as I had no symptoms before and once I got it out of my system, stomach cramping and nausea was gone. I’m weak but feeling better.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ), in collaboration with the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal and Zinman Marché de poultry St-Dominique, has issued a recall for dry sausages sold by the company due to potential Staphylococcus aureus contamination. The issue was discovered
during routine inspections by the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. The company is voluntarily recalling the products and has agreed to broadcast this warning as a precautionary measure. They were available for purchase until March 22, 2024, exclusively at the company's location at 7010, rue Saint-Dominique, in Montreal. As of now, no cases of illness associated with the consumption of these foods have been reported to MAPAQ.
The recalled product is the dry sausage prepared and sold by Zinman Marché de Poultry St-Dominique. The sausages were sold vacuum-packed in transparent plastic bags and refrigerated. Product Names:

our own meals. He had a 20 piece nugget + fries + bbq sauce. I had a Big Mac + fries + ranch and buffalo sauce. This was the only food we had eaten that day, besides some store-bought packaged Chex-Mix. Within approximately 2 hours I was vomiting about every 30 minutes even when I ran out of things to throw up. 2 days later and I am still experiencing symptoms such as fever, nausea, diarrhea, and lack of appetite.

This is the third time I’ve been violently ill after eating the cilantro lime crema in the street taco kits. I wake up with severe stomach cramps, neck and back pain, nausea( feeling like I need to vomit but can’t) I’ve avoided eating this on many occasions
because the sauce looks congealed when I open it, but I forgot to check it before using it last night and got sick again.

Last Tuesday on March 26 I ate at Taco Bell. The next day I got diarrhea. It’s been going on for a week now. Diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, stomach cramps. I ended up with a stomach virus. Either it was the food. Or some MF making the food
spreading disease. This has never happened to me before, even at Taco Bell. But it is also concerning that other people have reported the same symptoms from the same location.
