I ate one breakfast egg cheese and spinach wrap and about 8 hours later I got sick to my stomach at work , I started throwing up all night and having stomach cramps and diarrhea. I couldn’t eat or drink anything , couldn’t keep anything down and that’s all I had that day before work .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
