Got a 12" ham sub with lettuce spinach, cucumber, provolone cheese, tomatoes, toasted on wheat. Was nauseous within an hour and had horrible nausea and vomiting late into the night. I also got a migraine. I won't be eating there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine
