Steak & Egg Sub Illness

Friday, I got a steak and egg sub and a roasted chicken sub and a few hours later that same day I first got light headed, then nauseous, then a headache. Later that night I got a fever, chills and body aches. Now for the past 4 days I’ve had bad diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Body Ache, Nausea, Lightheaded
