Got 2 meatball footlongs Saturday 08/26/2023. Within 30 minutes of eating, felt upset stomach. Ended up having diarrhea. For over a week constant diarrhea. Turkey footlong sub with provolone cheese, spinach, and other veggies. Symptoms started 4-5 hours later with diarrhea, restlessness, and vomiting. The following hours had constant diarrhea, chills, and headache.
