I went in about 7:30PM on 4/20/2018 and got the usual sweet onion chicken teriyaki with lettuce and extra Pickles and onions sweet onion sauce and vinegar and oil salt and pepper I ate and 2 hours later I couldn't stay out if the bathroom every 15 minutes I was running  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
