Cheesy Potatoes Cause Illness

Ordered two cheesy potatoes grillers and a baja blast around 11:30pm. By 6-7am was in the bathroom vomiting along with diarrhea. That lasted all day, could not keep Pedialyte or even water down. A day and a half later I can finally eat normally but still having a headache from being so dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Taco Burrito Causes Illness

I stopped by at about 9:00 PM for a burrito supreme, no sour cream or onions.

I woke up the next morning with stomach cramps, diarrhea which lasted most of the day, nausea and a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
