Bacon Egg Wrap Illness

I ordered a bacon egg crunchwrap and a coffee from here for breakfast. After 1.5 hours, I suddenly started shaking, had horrendous diarrhea, and lightheaded. I could barley move and had to stay in bed for the next few hours. I am never eating this sh!t again...
