Hard shell taco and nacho fries with cheese. I ate 1 hard shell taco with 1 packet of hot sauce, an order of nacho fries with a side of cheese, and a Cherry Pepsi. I was alone so it was just me that got sick. Symptoms started 2 hours on the dot after consuming.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
