Yesterday, I purchased 2 hard shell tacos with tomatoes, refried beans and Spanish rice.
When I got home the taco shells were broken, but looked strange.
I didn't think anything was wrong, other than a packaging mishap.

Beef Taco Nausea Alert

I ate a stuffed grilled taco with beef at 6:15 tonight. Shortly after I started having digestive issues. At 10 pm I started throwing up. I have been throwing up for over an hour now. Never eating here again!!!!
