Repeated Upset After Pasta

Every time I eat there I get anything from an upset stomach all the way to intense diarrhea. Tonight I had the carbonara pasta with chicken, and some of the pretzel bites, I now have an extremely sour stomach and I was slightly lightheaded before I took a nap due to the pain.
