Purchased this smoothie at this location and within 3 hours was vomiting violently for 2 hours straight. Also had and still have some of the symptoms detailed above. Drank the whole product and threw away the packaging.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Cajun Fettuccine Causes Cramps

I had the Cajun Style Blackened Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo for dinner. In the evening my stomach felt a little weird but I didnt think anything of it. I woke up around 4AM experiencing serious waves of pain in my stomach. It felt like muscle cramps and I was vomiting. It felt better by around noon.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
