Frozen Chicken Causes Illness

I had their frozen Mandarin Orange chicken. I cooked half in the oven for the directed time. I used one of the sauce packets and had it with broccoli and rice. I woke the next day with abdominal cramps and severe diarrhea- symptoms lasted 36 hours
