Spinach Dip Causes Illness

Cooked dinner using: canned artichoke hearts, spinach & artichoke dip, lemon pepper chicken - my husband and I both ate it and woke up around 4am the next day vomiting.

I purchased the Kale Gnocchi from here and followed the air fryer directions as stated on the packaging even added a little extra time due to it not seeming like regular gnocchi. I have been consistently Nauseous, Vomiting, Dizzy, Headache, and Diarrhea for almost 48 hours straight.…
