Got sick overnight into the next day. Only food I ate yesterday was a cobb salad for lunch from TJ and for dinner part of the Pizza Ranch salad kit. I have had the Cobb many times with no issue but had never tried this new Pizza Ranch kit. Still feeling rough the next day.

I made salad with prebagged baby spinach, spring mix and green onions. Not sure which caused it, but within an hour I was throwing up, diarrhea, headache, insomnia. Miserable for 24 hours.

Argentinian shrimp - after properly thawing and cooking the shrimp for dinner, my partner and I awoke early the next morning with diarrhea. He was vomiting, I was not. We felt better later in the day but I still have an upset stomach the next day.
