Omelet Causes Severe Cramps

Last meal I ate, very suspicious and unusual for me. Woke up with severe burning stomach cramps and have been severely spraying yellow diarrhea about 6 times already all day. Had omelet with onions, both peppers, sausage, bacon, and cheese.

Waffle Sickness: 5-Day Symptoms

I went with a friend and ate a SINGULAR waffle and ordered a glass of water. By midafternoon of the next day, we were both sick with all the symptoms (plus light-headedness)-- and still are 5 days later.
