Deli Meat Causes Diarrhea

I used Hillshire Farm deli meat (smoked ham and Turkey) for a club sandwich on 9/17/23 and I have been having diarrhea ever since I ate it. I wasn’t sure if that was what was causing it so I made another sandwich as of today, 9/18/23, and yup! The toilet has been my best friend on both days.

Mandarin Oranges Cause Vomiting

My kids ate these oranges and throw up all day. It was pretty unusual because they love oranges. This patch was not sitting well at all
