Ate the ghost pepper chicken sandwich went to bed later that evening. Woke up around 1 am with the chills despite being under a down comforter and hoody. Proceeded to feel extreme nausea with diarrhea and vomiting for the past three hours still awake 4 am  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

Ordered a small chili along with the chicken biggie bag. After an hour of consuming my food, I started to feel nauseous. I then started to vomit, after the vomiting stopped, I ended up with diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
