I had 10 pc nuggets and fries and cinnabon pull aparts. 5 minutes after eating, diarrhea. the next few hours, i had diarrhea and constant stomach gurgles

Ate the ghost pepper chicken sandwich went to bed later that evening. Woke up around 1 am with the chills despite being under a down comforter and hoody. Proceeded to feel extreme nausea with diarrhea and vomiting for the past three hours still awake 4 am

Ordered a small chili along with the chicken biggie bag. After an hour of consuming my food, I started to feel nauseous. I then started to vomit, after the vomiting stopped, I ended up with diarrhea.
