Opened my sandwich to immediately see pieces of insect casing. I’ve never had issues from this specific location so I’m hoping it’s a one off accident. Just wanted to make people aware. I did NOT ingest any of it.

I had their multigrain pancakes with seasonal fruit. Didn’t touch the eggs or sausage. I also had orange juice and coffee with cream. Onset about 2-4 hours after eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Ate the ghost pepper chicken sandwich went to bed later that evening. Woke up around 1 am with the chills despite being under a down comforter and hoody.
