Food Safety Reports: Wendy's, Reidsville Road, Walkertown, NC, USA

1/4/25 approximately 3pm. I had a burger with lettuce cheese and bacon. Approximately 1 AM I had severe abdominal pain, sulfur burps, and chills, at 3 AM projectile vomiting and diarrhea. I strongly suspect food poisoning from Wendy’s.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Burping
