1/4/25 approximately 3pm. I had a burger with lettuce cheese and bacon. Approximately 1 AM I had severe abdominal pain, sulfur burps, and chills, at 3 AM projectile vomiting and diarrhea. I strongly suspect food poisoning from Wendy’s. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Burping

The beginning of April 2019 I had a half raw chicken sand which from them. I was hospitalized 2 days later because of the vomiting wouldn’t stop & I was getting dehydrated. I was also pregnant. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
