Got a spicy chicken sandwich that had soggy breading, and tough meat which was hard to bite into. The lettuce was black and the bread was hard.

Child Sick After Wendy's Meal

My 5 year old daughter ate double stack with cheese only and fries for late lunch. No dinner appetite. She vomited twice this evening and once while in bed. No fever so far.
