Ordered a spicy chicken meal. Gave fries to my son and I ate the sandwich. Not 2 hours later stomach hurt, severe nausea. next morning began diarrhea and vomiting. I can only eat small bites of toast and sips of water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
