Got a chocolate frostie with biggie bag (jr bacon cheese burger, medium fry, 4 nuggets) around noon (was the only food eaten that day) and felt diarrhea but immediately switched to severe vomiting several times an hour for 8 hours then hourly for another 12 hours.

Parm Chicken Salad Illness

parmesean chicken salad, Had the 1/2 portion parm chicken salad with 2 dressing packets and a glass of ice water. About an hour later I felt nauseous. I went to the bathroom to have a bm. an hour later After that went back to bathroOmaha and purged entire salad.
