I got the apple Pecan salad my mom got us a burger with lettuce as well on it and both within two hours of eating it or violently ill I don’t know what they’re doing there but they need to fix it.

I ate at Wendy’s in Mt. Airy last night at 8:30pm. I ordered 4 for $4: crispy chicken sandwich plain, nuggets, fries, and a diet Dr Pepper. I began feeling nauseous at 10:30pm. I vomited several times around midnight.
