Burger Meal Causes Illness

The only thing I ate today (12/17/2017) at 12:30 pm was Wendy's value meal #1 the Daves single patty burger with lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries, an order of the Baconator fries and a diet Coke. By 10:00 pm I experienced watery diarea and queeziness that lasted untill the next day.
