Onions Suspected in Illness

We ate Wed. 2/1/2017 at around 1pm and a couple of us got sick. I had the Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich w/onion rings and a Diet Dr. Pepper and the other guy had a triple meat burger no buns, no soda. He added grilled onions so the only overlap was the onions.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
