Yesterday evening, not sure exactly, 4 people got very sick after eating at Whataburger and a 5 year old had to be hospitalized.

Onions Suspected in Illness

We ate Wed. 2/1/2017 at around 1pm and a couple of us got sick. I had the Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich w/onion rings and a Diet Dr. Pepper and the other guy had a triple meat burger no buns, no soda. He added grilled onions so the only overlap was the onions.
