Only I ate the peppered roast beef from the prepared foods department and almost immediately felt sick to my stomach and then the diarrhea started and now my head hurts and is throbbing and I still have diarrhea (all day), & feel sick to my stomach.

Salad Bar Illness Hospitalization

A friend and I ate lunch on Oct 11th at the Wholefoods cold prepared food salad bar. We both became sick the next morning. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital where I stayed for 2 days. It's day 14 and I am still very sick.

Stopped by Whole Foods for lunch at the salad bar. I had a mixture of things so I can't pinpoint what it was exactly but 30 mins after I was done eating I started feeling nauseous followed by the runs 6 times.
