Only I ate the peppered roast beef from the prepared foods department and almost immediately felt sick to my stomach and then the diarrhea started and now my head hurts and is throbbing and I still have diarrhea (all day), & feel sick to my stomach. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
