Something from Whole Foods, I'm not sure what caused it yet- possibly the produce or something else from my food delivery via Amazon. I tossed everything to be safe. The illness has been intense and has caused bleeding. I'm in an extreme amount of pain.

Hot Bar Chicken Illness

I ate chicken from the hot bar on my lunch break and on my way home from work (6 hours later) I felt nauseous and like I had bad indigestion, then I had vomiting and diarrhea.
