Something from Whole Foods, I'm not sure what caused it yet- possibly the produce or something else from my food delivery via Amazon. I tossed everything to be safe. The illness has has been intense and has caused bleeding. I'm in an extreme amount of pain.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
