I ate from the salad bar and a chicken salad wrap from refrigerated section. Was sick within an hour and it lasted nearly 3 weeks! I was unable to keep food in me for more than 15 minutes and lost close to 10lbs. Pretty sure it was the chicken salad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
