In less than one hour of being delivered and eaten, I am stomach pain and loose watery diarrhea from eating an OG chicken sandwich and two wings. I dipped it in ranch and lemon pepper sauce and I had two french fries  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
