- comments: observed improper temperature of tcs foods such as 3- gallons of milk ranging from 46. 6f-48. 2f. 1- quart half & half-47. 7f in single door reach in cooler in room service prep area. - comments: observed improper temperature of single door reach in cooler at 48. 0f in room service prep area with tcs foods stored inside. A held for inspection tag placed on unit. - comments: observed evidence of appx. 40 or more live small flies in 2nd fl. Bar area on walls, door trim and door,floor drains,adjacent lobby area to bar on ceiling. - comments: must provide a splash guard at hand sink next to dish storage rack in dish machine area or remove rack from area.

- comments: must eliminate crates used for food storage in dry food storage area, vegetable walk in cooler,outside of walk in freezer and provide adequate shelving units. Must remove plastic wrap wrapped around dish storage rack in dish machine area next to hand sink for surface to be smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: must repair or replace worn ,discolored and deep grooves on several cutting boards to be in good repair.
