Two people ordered the cilantro-lime chicken fajita entree, which included chicken, rice, black beans, tomatoes, sour cream, lettuce, onions, and peppers. The fresh guacamole was also ordered. The following morning after waking up, I had diarrhea. About two hours later, I was overcome with nausea and began vomiting. Both symptoms continued for about six hours, but were intermittent for the next three days.
