On 9/17/2017 around 6:30 pm had the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich at Jack's in Sacramento on Munroe Street. We were a party of three & I was the only one who had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The other two had the Steak Salad and Turkey dinner with mashed potatoes. At midnight that night woke up with severe cramping and vomiting. Vomited all night. Also had fever. I was the only one who got sick so it had to be the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. We all ate the same things earlier that day so could not have been anything else. Could not go to work the next day. Still sick and it is 2:23 pm on 9/18/2017. Cramping is less but still have it. Have only been able to drink a little water, Gatorade, some tea & one slice of toast. Missed income: 8 hours of work.
