I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from the salsa. The previous 2 times I got food from this location I took my food to work with me and then noticed that the salsa verde was sour and the plastic container had swelled. It had obviously spoiled so I didn't eat it. I figured bringing it to work unrefrigerated had been why. Yesterday, the salsa had gone into the refrigerator immediately after bringing the food home, so I assumed it would be fine. It's a vinegary salsa so it's hard to tell if it's more sour than usual. It may have been slightly, but wasn't obviously spoiled. I had to run out of work to vomit this morning, and my stomach has been bothering me a lot and I feel absolutely awful. I'm very disappointed because Moe's has been the only build-your-own burrito place where I can safely eat (due to unrelated allergies that cause anaphylaxis, which is not part of my symptoms today). Due to the salsa sitting out all day at the salsa bar and the last few servings I'd gotten spoiling, I'm pretty sure the salsa is what made me sick today.
