- comments: observed clean-up of vomiting and diarrhea procedure on site but clean-up kit observed to be incomplete on premises during inspection missing mask and mop for vomit clean up. Instructed to have said procedure along with required equipment for clean-up. Priority foundation violation. No citation issued. 7-38-005

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: a sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands not provided on exposed hand washing sink inn bar area. Signs shall be provided at all handshaking sinks used by food employees

23. Proper date marking and disposition
- comments: observed ready to eat, temperature control for safety foods (pasta, noodles, rice)not properly dated , stored longer than 24 hours in coolers. Instructed to provide proper date marking with disposition date for rte foods prepared on site and held over 24 hours in cold holding unit. Priority foundation violation. Citation issued. 7-38-005

- comments: observed torn rubber gasket on door to reach in cooler in rear storage area cooler. Instructed to repair and/or replace and maintain

- comments: observed slow draining 3 compartment sink and water backs up from one compartment to another. Must repair and maintain. Priority foundation violation. Citation issued 7-38-025.

- comments: must clean food debris build up from base of cooking equipment, under 3 compartment sink. Must clean dust build up from shelving units in bar area.

- comments: noted clutter of equipment and other unused items on floors in kitchen , rear storage area,hallway and bar area. Must elevate all items to allow cleaning and remove all unnecessary items.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed no food handler's training certification from employee. Instructed that all employee's must comply with food handler's training in accordance with the food handling regulation enforcement act.

60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previously cited core violations from 4/5/2019 report #2282715 observed not to be corrected as follows : violation # 43 observed that utensils in use are stored in cold water,must stored utensils under running cold water, under hot water (135 f and above)and in clean place protected from contamination. Violation # 51 back flow prevention not located to be serviced and maintained on ice machine, instructed to provide an approved back flow prevention air gap between the water supply inlet and the unit violation # 55 must repair or replace damaged and missing floor tiles in kitchen area priority foundation violation. 7-42-090 citation issued
