On 5/31/19 I got a 6 inch club on Italian bread with double meat provolone cheese bacon tomatoes mayonnaise and oil. About 1 to 1/2 hours later I experienced nausea and cramping and diarrhea and by midnight I was doubled over with severe excruciating abdominal pain. Saturday and Sunday I experienced the same.
